Canning and Prepping today

I have been canning today and also getting ready for the new school year as I am a teacher.  I have new courses this year and am hoping that my new classes go smoothly. Fingers crossed.  I have posted under my gardening and canning page the delicious recipe that I make for my family with beets!  Yum. Take a look and leave me your feedback on what you think.
